"We have heard about DMT but never attended any session on this. So when we recieved invite we were really interested and curious to know more about it, especially in the current scenario. We thought it would be great learning from you,which will help us in numerous ways for mental health.
We were inqusitive and curious towards the start but as we listened more, we becamemore relaxed and comfortable. We enjoyed all the movements. It encouraged our creativity and imagination when we were asked to do any movement. It improved our self-confidence and self-esteem. We also felt that it will help us a lot in physical fitness and a great way to relieve stress. We also express emotions through dance movement.
